Last weekend, my wife and I went birthday shopping with our granddaughter ‘B’. When we first picked her up at her mothers house we noticed B was proudly wearing a beaded, feathered hair clip she had made at last years Illinois Indian Powwow. That had been a fun afternoon as well. Grandma and B had spent almost an hour at the craft tent stringing beads and picking out the feather.
